01 / The Four Parts

KNOW WHAT YOU'RE GETTING.

Four letters. Four jobs. Here's exactly what each part of Medicare covers — no jargon, no fine-print games.

A
Part A

HOSPITAL INSURANCE

Covers inpatient hospital stays, skilled nursing facility care, hospice and some home health care. Most people pay no premium if they worked 10+ years.

  • Inpatient hospital stays
  • Skilled nursing facility
  • Hospice care
  • Limited home health care
Part B

MEDICAL INSURANCE

Covers doctor visits, outpatient care, preventive screenings, lab work and durable medical equipment. A standard monthly premium applies.

B
  • Doctor & specialist visits
  • Outpatient procedures
  • Preventive screenings
  • Medical equipment
C
Part C

MEDICARE ADVANTAGE

An all-in-one alternative offered by private insurers. Bundles Parts A and B, usually adds drug coverage plus extras like dental, vision and fitness.

  • All of Part A + Part B
  • Often includes drug coverage
  • Dental, vision & hearing extras
  • Annual out-of-pocket cap
Part D

PRESCRIPTION DRUGS

Standalone drug coverage sold by private insurers. Every plan has its own formulary — which is exactly why comparing matters so much.

D
  • Brand & generic drugs
  • Plan-specific formularies
  • Pharmacy network pricing
  • Avoids late-enrollment penalty

Neither one is "better." The right answer depends entirely on your doctors, your drugs and your budget.

MONTHLY PREMIUM Part B premium Often $0
DOCTOR NETWORK Any Medicare doctor Network only
PRESCRIPTION DRUGS No — add Part D Yes — usually included

Real People

WHAT THEY SAID.

“

I'd been dreading this for months. My advisor walked me through Parts A through D in twenty minutes and never once pushed a plan on me.

MARGARET H.
Columbus, Ohio
“

They found a Part D plan that covers all four of my prescriptions. Saved me roughly $1,400 a year and it didn't cost me anything to find out.

ROBERT T.
Tampa, Florida
“

Zero pressure — exactly like they promise. They even told me one plan wasn't worth it for me. That's when I knew I could trust them.

04 / Questions

STRAIGHT ANSWERS.

Yes — completely. Insurance carriers compensate us when you enroll, exactly the same amount regardless of which plan you choose. Your premium is identical whether you use us or sign up alone.
Your Initial Enrollment Period runs seven months — three before the month you turn 65, that month, and three after. Annual Open Enrollment runs October 15 to December 7 each year. Special Enrollment Periods apply after qualifying life events like retirement or moving.
It depends on your doctors, your prescriptions, your budget and how much you travel. Original Medicare offers maximum provider freedom; Advantage plans bundle extras and cap your annual out-of-pocket spending. We'll model both against your actual situation.
Never. "Zero pressure" is the whole point of our name. Plenty of people use us just to understand their options and decide later — or decide to keep what they already have. That's a perfectly good outcome.
With Original Medicare you can see any provider who accepts Medicare. With Advantage plans it depends on the network. Give us your doctors' names and we'll verify network status before you commit to anything.
We review your plan every year before Open Enrollment closes, because formularies and networks change annually. If a qualifying life event happens mid-year, a Special Enrollment Period may let you switch right away.

LET'S FIND
YOUR PLAN.

One free, unhurried conversation with a licensed advisor. We'll compare your real options and you decide what happens next — or nothing at all.
